Types of Users

On the website taraboss.com, you can make purchases as registered users or as guests (without registration).

During registration on the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. If the user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so on their profile.

Product Offer and Prices

Due to the nature of online business, the product offer and prices on taraboss.com are subject to updates.

The prices are stated in euros (€). The prices are valid at the time of placing the order and are not predetermined. The prices apply for payment with the above-mentioned payment methods under the above-mentioned conditions.

Order and Prices

On the website taraboss.com, it is possible to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orders can be placed by both individuals and legal entities. If a purchase is made by a legal entity, additional data fields for the identification of the legal entity and the responsible person of the legal entity must be filled out.

An order becomes valid and irrevocable once the customer submits it (by clicking the “complete purchase” button in the shopping cart) and immediately receives an electronic notification from the provider confirming the successful submission of the order. This electronic notification serves as confirmation that the product is available and that the processing of the order has begun. The order will be dispatched with a new e-notification confirming and shipping the order.

If the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, the customer will be notified by email. In the event of an error, the customer can cancel the order without any additional costs until the receipt of the electronic confirmation and shipping notification.

If the provider suspects any abuse of the online store, the order may be rejected. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have been acquainted with the general terms and conditions and have been explicitly alerted to them.

The purchase agreement is stored by the provider, and registered users can access it at any time through their user account on the website. In any case, users can request the purchase agreement via email: info@taraboss.com.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery or postage costs. The prices and discounts at the time of placing the order are valid for the purchase. The prices listed apply only to purchases on the website and may differ from prices at other sales locations of TARABOSS Svetovanje in razvoj Elvis Opatić, s.p.. We reserve the right to make daily changes to product prices in the online store without prior notice.

Additionally, each customer who orders products from the online store receives a purchase confirmation, a shipment notification, and a final message indicating the completion of the order to their email address. Delivery

On the website taraboss.com, we strive for the fastest possible delivery of the ordered goods.

Products that are in stock and ordered by 13:00 will be dispatched on the same working day. In the case of payment by pro forma invoice, the products will be sent upon receipt of payment confirmation or upon receipt of payment to our bank account.

The shipping amount will be calculated at the last step of the order.

Invoice Issuance

TARABOSS Svetovanje in razvoj Elvis Opatić, s.p. will also send the customer a physical invoice upon delivery of the ordered items. The invoice will provide a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as information regarding the right to withdraw from the contract. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information before submitting the order. Subsequent objections regarding the accuracy of the issued invoices will not be considered.

Discount Codes

A discount code is a code that is available only occasionally and offers various benefits when purchasing through the taraboss.com online store. Notifications about occasional active discount codes are received by subscribing to the newsletters of TARABOSS Svetovanje in razvoj Elvis Opatić, s.p. Certain discount codes are also time-limited and must be used within the specified timeframe, otherwise, they will be invalid.

How to use a discount code:

• Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

• Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

• When you enter the discount code, the value of the discount will be automatically deducted from the price of your order. The remaining amount to be paid will be displayed.

Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal from the Contract:

For distance contracts, the consumer (as per Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot) has the right to notify the company via email (info@taraboss.com) within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. Returning the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered as a notification of contract withdrawal.

The customer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after notifying the company of the withdrawal. The customer should return the goods to the following address: TARABOSS Svetovanje in razvoj Elvis Opatić s.p., Bazoviška cesta 7, 6210 Sežana. Upon receiving the goods, the company will refund the consumer all payments made in accordance with the law. The only cost borne by the consumer in relation to the contract withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost reflects the amount charged by the delivery service (e.g., Post of Slovenia).

The returned products must be undamaged, unused, and packed in their original and undamaged packaging.

When returning the goods, the consumer should also include the invoice for the goods, personal information, and possibly the bank account on which they wish to receive the refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the contract withdrawal notification. The refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.

In the case of contract withdrawal where a promotional code or discount code was used, the corresponding funds will be considered as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the paid amount will be refunded to the user’s bank account, and the user will receive a new promotional code in return.

The customer (this applies exclusively to individuals who acquire goods for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the company (email: info@taraboss.com) within 14 days from the receipt of the products that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt. The only cost borne by the consumer in relation to the contract withdrawal is the cost of returning the product (which is charged according to the delivery service’s price list). The product must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the date of the contract withdrawal notification (purchase). The received product must be returned undamaged and in an unchanged quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has decreased, without the consumer being at fault. The consumer may not use the products freely until the contract withdrawal. The consumer may inspect and test the products only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In accordance with legal regulations, TARABOSS Svetovanje in razvoj Elvis Opatić s.p. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
